OPTICS TECH INVENTOR & AI INTEGRATOR
Lattice Energy Technology Corporation ( LEtC ), was established at CUST labs in April 7th 2009 in Taipei, Taiwan. Our experienced R&D and Management team members came from ex-MOEBG of Foxconn Group, NTUST, CUST, & NTU EE, OE, & CS Dept. In the start-up phase, our biz debut is dedicated to deliver comprehensive optical solutions in optical design, simulation, lens, and AIoT cameras. We are specialized in integrating image optics, & non-imaging optics including software, hardware, algorithms like CNN etc. Recently, after merger of JH batteries, and a reshuffle of Board, we welcome the new biz opportunities from BESS, EV chargers, AI BMS, EMS applied to the AI data center like UPS ESS & BBU, PDU, & CDU, and advanced power data algorithms like DRL for our global customer.

正能光電股份有限公司（以下簡稱「正能光電」）於2009年4月7日，在臺灣臺北成立，是一家在臺灣以光電技術研究、專利分析及迴避設計、光學模擬設計、特種燈具、客製化電池開發，及以AI物聯網數據整合為核心能力，並具有優質智財的創新科技公司。依據產品別分類共有三種主要應用，分別是綠能事業群(Green Energy for AI EMS & BMS)，光學事業群(AI Optics)，及人工智慧數據(AI Data Mining)事業群等。
正能光電在臺灣與多個大學實驗室以進行長期策略性產品研發、實驗與合作：包括台大(NTU)，中華科技大學(CUST)，及台科大(NTUST)等。近年來由於併購「佳宏能源動力及濬立」等原「菲凡能源」的電池團隊，及董事會改組，我們迎來關於美國充電，智慧電網，客製化電池，及AI數據中心電源及影像數據管理等，新客戶新訂單的成長。
展望未來，我們將透過邊緣運算所取得客戶的影像及能源數據(image and power data)，給予最專業的label, classify, fine-tune等優化數據採礦能力，並以AI Agent實現準確預測及判斷，搭配我們供應鏈管理經驗、上游的光學設計、影像處理軟實力、電池及充電樁製造能力、搭配業主的想像及異業合作廠商的產能，完美的將我們人工智慧設計方案落實，這也成為正能光+電擁有的最大差異化優勢。
